COLLECTIONS
New collection: Freedom
We consider freedom as the ability to act, speak, and think freely without fear of being enslaved or imprisoned; yet, is this sufficient? When we lose our rights to something or are unable to get it, we often regret and crave it. Our desire for something limits our ability to be free.
The woman who has never truly experienced life is longing for the freedom to live her life as she wishes, marries the man she loves, and takes decisions based on her desires. She wishes to express her genuine feelings freely and regrets that she was unable to do so since she was restrained by family and society before she could begin.
What is freedom, the artist asks? Whether we are free? Or we are still searching for it within the constraints of our prisons?
